MW MIA

Name: Steve “HOWL” Evans Height: 5'11'' Weight: 170-190 lbs. Steve AKA HOWL, was last seen at ManWeekend over two years ago starting fires and drinking beer. There have been rumors that he was attending several other events scheduled in early spring. His passion for good music, large melon head, and ability to read Allen Ginsberg poetry without a hint of irony have made Steve a great addition to the MW roster in the past; although it’s been a long time and he could have turned into a dick. Steve was an original MW attendee, appreciating a good joke, even at his expense… as long as it is not taken too far because he’s to be taken seriously. If you have any information about Steve or his potential for attending MW, post it to the site.

The Spirit of MW6

. There is a continuity to the days, as they link from one to another. The same goes for MW. And in that spirit, I would like to put forth a few thoughts on which I think we can all agree. What worked so well last year was the stripped down nature of many things. No plates. Food on buns. Hamburgers for breakfast. I'd like to continue that, in terms of beer we should have a keg. It just makes sense. I am working on MW cups. This will be your only cup, for whatever you want to put into it. My question to the group is what would be acceptable in terms of price. The picture is an example. Let me know

I Spy

I spy a hero. For three hundred and sixty-two days a year he sits patiently, humbly serving as a simple change cup amidst the detritus of daily life. But when he is called to action, this half-pint Hercules will answer the call and serve faithfully. Do not be fooled by his appearance. He is Shoeshine Boy, he is Clark Kent. I spy a hero, do you?
