MW5 Word of the Weekend: Blasty

As I remove my amplified earmuffs and precision tinted shooting glasses, i must adopt Daniel's refrain of Old Blasty for the word of the weekend. That whole "eclectic" shit got its ass blown away by a semi-automatic twelve guage with five large in the chamber. I must admit, i can now wear my MW T-shirts with a little more pride. No questions about the approriateness of the guns in the logo! ManWeekend got back to it's base roots by firing off about 400 blasts. Unfortunately, we only hit about 13 clays. we need to do a little better next year. and get Damian and Daniel Shotgun Instructor T-shirts. The photo is part of a sequence series of the shell blast and pellets ejection. peace!

Contemplating the future.

Day 3

In the spirit of MW I am embracing the beard and joining the most interesting facial hair contest - though I think the handlebar mustache is well beyond reach. I suspect that the contest should more appropriately be dubbed the silliest facial hair contest. This shot is going back almost to the beginning - back before the commitment of neck and upper cheek shaving and back before my wife said it made might face look fat - ouch (we men could never get away with the equivalent comment concerning a skirt or pair of pants). I apologize in advance for the postings of my ugly mug on the blog. Viva MW!
