The NFL hits were pretty rough, especially some of that old footage, but the NHL guys have less protection around the head area and more sticks and walls to worry about. Are all those hits legal? Either way, thats why I'm sticking to Tai Chi for my exercise!

can't wait to buck up and watch the hockey hits as i think hockey is more violent. how many teeth, eyes and blood is lost in that game?
