According to Pete, "A sixtel is 1/6 of a full keg. Normal bar kegs are actually 1/2 keg and pony kegs are 1/4. I just mentioned them because they are a common size for microbrews and they are easier to transport and cool."
It allows us to for a quicker clean up. It gives us variety of flavors. It certainly fits the profile.
I think it's pretty much genius.
So, one sixtel per man?

ReplyDeleteDo you have a tap system for the sixtels? they generally require a tank system rather than a hand pump?
ReplyDeleteif you do not have one, my old neighbor runs a restaurant beverage supply company and he may be able to hook us up.
each man should plan on bringing their very own sixtel? i agree, brilliant. the local microbrewery has a wide variety.
