Perhaps the most definite thing about manlyness is that it is entirely up for grabs, maybe more than ever. Sparta took the men and made the warriors. In many civilzations the best hunter was made leader. Today men are in a quandry in that they have more choices than before, at the same time we are encroached by feminism, metrosexualism and equality. What about just letting a lad be a lad? Sometimes thinking about it is just to damn difficult, that's why I like to burn things. But that's just me.
Sadly, this year we are not going to have Steve around to read us highly charged, homoerotic poetry, for he has other plans. Yes. We miss him.
Yeah, I'm really sorry to be missing my first MW. I signed up for a bachelor party about a year and half ago, and of course it's on the same weekend as Tim's gig.
